Welcome to Stepply. By accessing or using our website, services, or applications (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features of the Services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep this information up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Usage Rights
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Stepply grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Services.
You may not use the Services to build a competitive product.
You agree not to use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
4. Intellectual Property
The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by Stepply, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

Data Processing Addendum
This Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") forms part of the Master Services Agreement or Terms of Service available at such other URL as may be notified to Customer from time to time (the "Agreement") between Stepply Inc. ("Stepply") and the customer ("Customer").
